Juliana Pesqueira Gonzalez is a lawyer with over 14 years of experience in real estate and contract law, specializing in high-value transactions and the structuring of complex deals. Throughout her career, she has been involved in real estate transactions exceeding USD 150 million, advising both domestic and international clients on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, construction agreements, and real estate development structuring.
She has developed her career at leading law firms recognized by Legal 500, including Stocche Forbes, Madrona, Lefosse/Linklaters, and Eichenberg e Lobato, where she also served as Head of Real Estate. Her experience includes landmark transactions such as the negotiation of the lease agreement for TikTok’s headquarters in São Paulo, among other significant deals across the commercial, residential, industrial, and logistics sectors.
Her practice focuses on contract review and negotiation, advisory on real estate acquisitions and disposals, leasing, legal due diligence, and the structuring of real estate investments. She has advised European and U.S. investment funds, as well as Middle Eastern clients, on cross-border transactions.
Holding dual Brazilian and Portuguese nationality, Juliana is currently based in Spain. She works fluently in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, enabling her to seamlessly serve a diverse international client base.
