Paul Antonio de Sousa is a seasoned business development and expatriate advisory specialist with over 15 years of experience in international financial services. He brings deep expertise in the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region, cross-border banking, and international structuring. Paul advises clients on compliance, market entry, and global financial operations, delivering strategic guidance tailored to complex international environments.

Before founding Business Expats, Paul built his career with leading corporate service providers and international banks, consistently specializing in business development across the LAC region. His strong regional insight and client-centric approach have established him as a trusted advisor to both private clients and institutions expanding internationally.

Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from Webber International University in Florida and an MBA from European University in Barcelona, Spain.

He is multilingual, fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish, and Papiamento, with a strong command of Portuguese
